Standard Specification Cedar strip epoxy canoes and kayaks: Each new hull is strip planked with premium grade Western red cedar, covered with West System Epoxy and 6 oz Epiglass fabric inside and out, and finished with 5 coats of marine grade spar varnish. 12” one piece decks, thwarts, in and out wales, seats, outer and inner stems in ash are standard. Screws, stem bands, painter rings, other fasteners and hardware are of marine grad brass or bronze.

Options: Colour matched select planking. Accent strips and inlays. Mahogany, cherry, redwood, and highly figured exotic woods for gunnels, decks, thwarts and seats. Extended, crowned book matched, strip planked decks and decks with coaming. Floor boards and sailing rigs. For our kayaks we also offer hulls in a range of different wood species to create distinctive patterns.
